ਕੌਣ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਅਗਲਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ?
ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ : ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਅਸਤੀਫੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇਹ ਸ਼ੰਕਾ ਬਰਕਰਾਰ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਿਸ ਦੇ ਸਿਰ ‘ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦਾ ਤਾਜ ਸਜੇਗਾ। ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਇਹ ਕਿਆਸ ਲਗਾਏ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ ਕਿ ਅੱਜ ਨਵੇਂ ਸੀਐਮ ਅਹੁਦੇ ਦਾ ਸਸਪੈਂਸ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਪਰ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਇਕਾਈ ਦੀ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਦਲ ਦੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਸਵੇਰੇ 11 ਵਜੇ ਹੋਣੀ ਸੀ, ਮੁਲਤਵੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ।
ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਨੇਤਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਂਅ ‘ਤੇ ਅਜੇ ਤਕ ਕੋਈ ਸਹਿਮਤੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਣ ਸਕੀ ਹੈ। ਤ੍ਰਿਪਤ ਰਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਜਵਾ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਖਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਰੰਧਾਵਾ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਬਿਕਾ ਸੋਨੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਂਅ ਵੀ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦੇ ਅਹੁਦੇ ਦੀ ਦੌੜ ਵਿਚ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਸੂਬਾ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸੁਨੀਲ ਜਾਖੜ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ -ਨਾਲ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਸੂਬਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਦੇ ਨਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਹਾਈਕਮਾਨ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅੰਬਿਕਾ ਸੋਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਬਾਰੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ। ਪਰ ਇਸ ਪੇਸ਼ਕਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਬਿਕਾ ਸੋਨੀ ਨੇ ਠੁਕਰਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅੰਬਿਕਾ ਸੋਨੀ ਨੇ ਸਿਹਤ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨਾਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਸ ਪੇਸ਼ਕਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਠੁਕਰਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਲਈ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਪੇਚ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਫਸਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਬਹੁਤੇ ਵਿਧਾਇਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਦੇ ਨਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਸਹਿਮਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਈ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਬਾਰੇ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕਰ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ। ਖਬਰ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਹਾਈ ਕਮਾਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦੋ ਵੱਡੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਚਿਹਰਿਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਇਹ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਨਾਂ ਖੁਦ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਘੰਟਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੋਹਰ ਲੱਗ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ, ਜਦੋਂ ਤੋਂ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਦੇ ਅਹੁਦੇ ‘ਤੇ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਦੀ ਤਾਜਪੋਸ਼ੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ, ਉਦੋਂ ਤੋਂ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਸੂਬਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸਿੱਖ ਚਿਹਰੇ ਸਨ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ, ਸੰਤੁਲਨ ਬਣਾਈ ਰੱਖਣ ਲਈ ਮੰਥਨ ਚੱਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਖ਼ਬਰ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਹਾਈਕਮਾਂਡ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਬਾਰੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਸਹਿਮਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਪਦੇ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਦੋ ਉਪ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਫਾਰਮੂਲੇ ‘ਤੇ ਵੀ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਜੇਕਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਚਿਹਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਇਕ ਸਿੱਖ ਅਤੇ ਇਕ ਦਲਿਤ ਨੂੰ ਉਪ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦੀ ਕੁਰਸੀ ਮਿਲ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ। ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਜੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਸਹਿਮਤੀ ਬਣਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਇਕ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਅਤੇ ਇਕ ਦਲਿਤ ਨੂੰ ਉਪ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਅਤੇ ਦਲਿਤ ਨੂੰ ਉਪ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਚੋਣ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਕੱਟ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ।
