ਡੈਸਕ- ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ 1925 ਦੇ ਐਕਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੋਧ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੀ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਬੀਬੀ ਜਗੀਰ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਵੱਡੀ ਸਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਸੋਧ ਦੇ ਬਹਾਨੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੌਮ ਨੂੰ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਕਰਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਡੂੰਘੀਆਂ ਚਾਲਾਂ ਚੱਲੀਆਂ ਜਾ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਿੱਖ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਆਪਸੀ ਮੱਤਭੇਦ ਭੁਲਾ ਕੇ ਕਮੇਟੀ ’ਚ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਦਖ਼ਲ ਦਾ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਸਿੱਖ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਤੋੜਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਹੁਣ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਰਨ ’ਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਧਿਰ ਦਾ ਏਕਾਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਬਹਾਨੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ’ਚ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਦਖ਼ਲ ਲਈ ਰਾਹ ਖੋਲ੍ਹਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੌਮ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਬਰਦਾਸ਼ਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰੇਗੀ।
ਉਧਰ, ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਨਵ-ਨਿਯੁਕਤ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਰਘਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਖਲ ਅੰਦਾਜ਼ੀ ਨਾ ਕਰੇ। ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਰਘਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਸਿੱਖ ਪੰਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੁਵਿਧਾ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਤਾ ਪਾਸ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਸਿੱਖ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਹੋਵਗੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸ਼ੰਕਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਈ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੇ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਰਨ ਨੂੰ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹਾ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਤਾਂ ਅਗਾਂਹ ਚੱਲ ਕੇ ਇਹ ਮਰਿਆਦਾ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਦਾ ਬਣੇਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਰਨ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਬੈਠ ਕੇ ਆਪਸੀ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਮਸਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਹੱਲ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਪੰਜ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਾਹਿਬਾਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਕੀਰਤਨ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਰਨ ਬਾਰੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਲਾਗੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ। ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਦੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ’ਤੇ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ। ਦੱਸ ਦਈਏ ਕਿ ਪੰਜ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਾਹਿਬਾਨਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਕੀਰਤਨ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਰਨ ਲਈ ਆਪਣਾ ਚੈਨਲ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਆਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਆਪਣਾ ਚੈਨਲ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ, ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਯੂ-ਟਿਊਬ ਚੈਨਲ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ।
