ਜਲੰਧਰ : ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਖੇਤੀ ਮਸ਼ੀਨਰੀ ਸਬਸਿਡੀ ‘ਤੇ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਘਨਸ਼ਿਆਮ ਥੋਰੀ ਦੇ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ-ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ (ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਾਂ) ਜਲੰਧਰ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਰਣਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਗਿੱਲ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨਗੀ ਵਿਚ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕੀ ਕੰਪਲੈਕਸ ਵਿਖੇ ਡਰਾਅ ਕੱਢਿਆ ਗਿਆ।
ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਅਫ਼ਸਰ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਡਾ. ਸੁਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਬਸਿਡੀ ‘ਤੇ ਖੇਤੀ ਮਸ਼ੀਨਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੇ ਬਿਨੈ ਪੱਤਰ ਵੈਬਸਾਈਟ ‘ਤੇ ਅਪਲੋਡ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦੇ ਕੁੱਲ 1451 ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਸ ਵੈਬਸਾਈਟ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਅਪਲਾਈ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਲਾਭਪਤਰੀਆਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ 140 ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੋਰਟਲ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸੈਂਕਸ਼ਨ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਕੀ ਦੇ 1311 ਲਾਭਪਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ 1278 ਬਿਨੈਪੱਤਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਕੈਟੇਗਰੀ ਅਧੀਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਬਜਟ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਇਸ ਡਰਾਅ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਬਿਨੈਪੱਤਰਾਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ 5 ਸਹਿਕਾਰੀ ਸਭਾਵਾਂ, 25 ਪੰਚਾਇਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ 131 ਅਨੁਸੂਚਿਤ ਜਾਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਲਾਭਪਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਬਜਟ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਅੱਜ ਜ਼ਿਲਾ ਪੱਧਰੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਡਰਾਅ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਬਾਕੀ ਦੇ 457 ਕਿਸਾਨ ਗਰੁੱਪਾਂ ਅਤੇ 660 ਵਿਅਕਤੀਗਤ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਕੰਪਿਊਟਰ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਡਰਾਅ ਕੱਢਿਆ ਗਿਆ।
ਡਾ. ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਡਰਾਅ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸਮੁੱਚੇ ਬਿਨੈਪੱਤਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੀਨੀਅਰਤਾ ਸੂਚੀ ਬਣਾ ਲਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਸੂਚੀ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਪੋਰਟਲ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਬਜਟ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਲਾਭਪਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੈਂਕਸ਼ਨ ਪੱਤਰ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਡਰਾਅ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਫ਼ਲ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਿਤ ਮਸ਼ੀਨ ਦੀ ਖ਼ਰੀਦ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਵੈਰੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਬਲਾਕ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਅਫ਼ਸਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ 29 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਬਸਿਡੀ ਦੀ ਬਣਦੀ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ ਵੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਹਦਇਤਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ (ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਾਂ) ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨਗੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਾ. ਮਨਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ, ਡਾ. ਸੰਜੀਵ ਕਟਾਰੀਆਂ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਕੇ ਵੀ ਕੇ ਜਲੰਧਰ, ਸ੍ਰੀ ਜਤਿਨ ਡੀ ਡੀ ਐਮ ਨਾਬਾਰਡ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਗੁਰਦੇਵ ਸਿੰਘ ਲਾਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਅਗਾਂਹਵਧੂ ਕਿਸਾਨਾ ਦੀ ਹਾਜ਼ਰੀ ਵਿਚ ਡਰਾਅ ਕੱਢੇ ਗਏ, ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਸਾਰਾ ਵੇਰਵਾ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਭਲਾਈ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੂੰ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਇੰਜ. ਨਵਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਇੰਜ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਨੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਲਾਭਪਾਤਰੀ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੋਰਟਲ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੋਬਾਇਲ ਫੋਨ ‘ਤੇ ਮਸ਼ੀਨ ਦੀ ਖ਼ਰੀਦ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਸੁਨੇਹਾ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਉਪਰੰਤ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਿਤ ਮਸ਼ੀਨ ਦੀ ਖ਼ਰੀਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਬਾਲਕ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਅਫ਼ਸਰ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
