ਜਲੰਧਰ : ਸ੍ਰੀ ਆਨੰਦਪੁਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਤੋਂ ਸੰਸਦ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਮਨੀਸ਼ ਤਿਵਾੜੀ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਗਲਤ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਨੀਤੀਆਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਦੇਸ਼ ਭਰ ਵਿਚ ਕਰੋੜਾਂ ਲੋਕ ਬੇਰੋਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਜਦਕਿ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮਨਮੋਹਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਿਚ ਯੂ.ਪੀ.ਏ. ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਦਸ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਜਕਾਲ ਵਿਚ 27 ਕਰੋੜ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗਰੀਬੀ ਰੇਖਾ ਤੋਂ ਉਪਰ ਉਠਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਐਨ.ਡੀ.ਏ. ਦੇ ਕਾਰਜਕਾਲ ਵਿਚ ਲੋਕ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਗਰੀਬੀ ਦੇ ਦਲਦਲ ਵਿਚ ਫਸ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਮੱਧ ਵਰਗ ਬਹੁਤ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।
ਨੋਟਬੰਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਜੀ.ਐਸ.ਟੀ. ਨੂੰ ਗਲਤ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਕਰਕੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਅਰਥ ਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਬੁਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਡਗਮਗਾ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੀ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਹੈ। ਮਨੀਸ਼ ਤਿਵਾੜੀ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦੇ ਸਰਕਟ ਹਾਊਸ ਵਿਚ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੈਟਰੋਲ ਦੀ ਕੀਮਤ 100 ਰੁਪਏ ਤੋਂ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਡੀਜ਼ਲ 90 ਰੁਪਏ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਭਾਅ ‘ਤੇ ਵਿਕ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਪੈਟਰੋਲ-ਡੀਜ਼ਲ ‘ਤੇ ਲੱਗਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਟੈਕਸ ਤੋਂ ਕਰੀਬ 25 ਲੱਖ ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਮਾਲੀਆ ਇਕੱਠਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚੋਂ 68 ਫੀਸਦੀ ਕੁਲੈਕਸ਼ਨ ਬਤੌਰ ਸੈੱਸ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਇਹ ਪੈਸਾ ਸੂਬਿਆਂ ਤੱਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਹੁੰਚਿਆ। ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਢੇ ਚਾਰ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜੋ ਮਤਰੇਆ ਸਲੂਕ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਫੀ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਪਹੁੰਚਿਆ ਹੈ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਆਰ.ਡੀ.ਐਫ. ਦੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਹੋਣ ਜਾਂ ਫਿਰ ਜੀ.ਐਸ.ਟੀ. ਕੰਪਨਸੇਸ਼ਨ ਹੋਵੇ, ਹਰ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਮਤਰੇਆ ਸਲੂਕ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਹੁਣ ਕਾਲੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਪਾਸ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਕਿਸਾਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਤਬਾਹ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
ਜਦਕਿ ਸਰਹੱਦੀ ਸੂਬਾ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਚੱਲਦਿਆਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਚੁਣੌਤੀਆਂ ਦਰਪੇਸ਼ ਹਨ, ਜਿਥੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਡਰੋਨ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਹਥਿਆਰਾਂ ਤੇ ਨਸ਼ੀਲੇ ਪਦਾਰਥਾਂ ਦੀ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਤਸਕਰੀ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਅਜਿਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਰਵੱਈਆ ਖਤਰਨਾਕ ਸਾਬਤ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਯੋਗ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਚੁਣੌਤੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਉਚਿਤ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਨਜਿੱਠਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਕੋਰੋਨਾ ਵਾਇਰਸ ਮਹਾਮਾਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਮੁਕਾਬਲਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਜਕੁਸ਼ਲਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਮਨੀਸ਼ ਤਿਵਾੜੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਖੇਤੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਵੀ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਿਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਵਿਚ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਾਨੂੰਨਾਂ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਵੀ ਪਾਸ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਧਰਨਾ ਵੀ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਪਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਜਦਕਿ ਹਰਸਿਮਰਤ ਕੌਰ ਬਾਦਲ ਉਸ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਇਹ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਪਾਸ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਅਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਇਹ ਗੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੱਸ ਸਕੀ ਕਿ ਕੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਦੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿਚ ਇਸ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਕੋਈ ਇਤਰਾਜ਼ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਸੀ ਜਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ। ਸੰਸਦ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਮਨੀਸ਼ ਤਿਵਾਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਹੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸੱਚੇ ਹਿਤੈਸ਼ੀ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਰਵਪੱਖੀ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਲਈ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ 2022 ਵਿਚ ਮੁੜ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਬਣਾਉਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।
