Virat Kohli In Year 2023: ਟੀਮ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਦੇ ਸਟਾਰ ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜ਼ ਵਿਰਾਟ ਕੋਹਲੀ ਲਈ ਸਾਲ 2023 ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਰਿਹਾ। ਭਾਵੇਂ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਸਾਲ ਟੀ-20 ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਖੇਡਿਆ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਵਨਡੇ ਅਤੇ ਟੈਸਟ ਵਿਚ ਆਪਣੀ ਕਾਬਲੀਅਤ ਸਾਬਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।
ਸਾਲ 2023 ‘ਚ ਵਿਰਾਟ ਕੋਹਲੀ ਨੇ ਕੁਝ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਬਣਾਏ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੋੜਨਾ ਹੁਣ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀ ਲਈ ਬਹੁਤ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਿਲ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਉਸਨੇ ਵਨਡੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਕੱਪ 2023 ਦੌਰਾਨ ਆਪਣਾ 50ਵਾਂ ਵਨਡੇ ਸੈਂਕੜਾ ਲਗਾਇਆ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਚਿਨ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ 49 ਵਨਡੇ ਸੈਂਕੜਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਈਡਲ ਸਚਿਨ ਤੇਂਦੁਲਕਰ ਦੇ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਨੂੰ ਤੋੜਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਦਾਨ ‘ਤੇ ਝੁਕ ਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਲਾਮ ਕੀਤਾ। ਫਿਲਹਾਲ ਉਹ 50 ਵਨਡੇ ਸੈਂਕੜੇ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜ਼ ਬਣ ਗਏ ਹਨ।
ਵਨਡੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਕੱਪ ‘ਚ ਵਿਰਾਟ ਕੋਹਲੀ ਦੀ ਫਾਰਮ ਸਿਖਰ ‘ਤੇ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਨੇ 11 ਮੈਚਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 95.62 ਦੀ ਔਸਤ ਨਾਲ 765 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪਲੇਅਰ ਆਫ ਦਿ ਟੂਰਨਾਮੈਂਟ ਚੁਣਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਕੱਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੱਜ ਤੱਕ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜ਼ 700 ਦੇ ਅੰਕੜੇ ਤੱਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਸਕਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਕੱਪ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਹੀ ਵਿਰਾਟ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸਚਿਨ ਦੇ 49 ਵਨਡੇ ਸੈਂਕੜਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਦੀ ਬਰਾਬਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਵੀ ਤੋੜ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਕਾਫੀ ਸਮਾਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸਚਿਨ ਨੇ ਭਵਿੱਖਬਾਣੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਵਿਰਾਟ ਜਾਂ ਰੋਹਿਤ ਕੋਈ ਤੋੜ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ।
ਜੇਕਰ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਇਸ ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵਿਰਾਟ ਕੋਹਲੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਫਾਰਮ ਨਾਲ ਜੂਝ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ। ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਉਹ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਦੌੜਾਂ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੋਟੀ ਦੇ ਪੰਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ। ਪਰ ਇਸ ਸਾਲ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੱਲੇ ਨਾਲ ਖੇਡਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਂ ਕਰ ਲਏ ਜਿੰਨਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜ਼ ਨੇ ਇਕ ਸਾਲ ਵਿਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
ਇਸ ਸਾਲ ਕੋਹਲੀ ਇੱਕ ਰੋਜ਼ਾ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਮੈਚਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਦੌੜਾਂ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੀਜੇ ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜ਼ ਬਣ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਰਿਕੀ ਪੋਂਟਿੰਗ, ਸਨਥ ਜੈਸੂਰੀਆ ਅਤੇ ਮਹੇਲਾ ਜੈਵਰਧਨੇ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।
ਜੇਕਰ ਅੰਕੜਿਆਂ ‘ਤੇ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਮਾਰੀਏ ਤਾਂ ਵਿਰਾਟ ਕੋਹਲੀ ਨੇ ਸਾਲ 2023 ‘ਚ 27 ਵਨਡੇ ਮੈਚ ਖੇਡੇ ਹਨ। ਉਸ ਨੇ 72.47 ਦੀ ਔਸਤ ਅਤੇ 99 ਦੀ ਸਟ੍ਰਾਈਕ ਰੇਟ ਨਾਲ 1377 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੱਲੇ ਨਾਲ 6 ਸੈਂਕੜੇ ਲਗਾਏ ਹਨ। ਇਸੇ ਸਾਲ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਕਰੀਅਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ 166 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ।
ਵਿਰਾਟ ਕੋਹਲੀ ਦਾ ਬੱਲਾ ਵਨਡੇ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਟੈਸਟ ਕ੍ਰਿਕਟ ‘ਚ ਵੀ ਖੂਬ ਬੋਲਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸਨੇ ਸਾਲ 2023 ਵਿੱਚ ਸੱਤ ਟੈਸਟ ਮੈਚ ਖੇਡੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ‘ਚ ਉਸ ਨੇ 55.70 ਦੀ ਔਸਤ ਨਾਲ 557 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਦੋ ਟੈਸਟ ਸੈਂਕੜੇ ਵੀ ਲਗਾਏ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਟੈਸਟ ਕ੍ਰਿਕਟ ‘ਚ 8676 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ ਹਨ।
ਇਸ ਸਭ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਵਿਰਾਟ ਕੋਹਲੀ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਸਾਲ ਇਕ ਵੀ ਟੀ-20 ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਖੇਡਿਆ ਹੈ। ਫਿਰ ਵੀ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ 2024 ‘ਚ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਟੀ-20 ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਕੱਪ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ‘ਚ ਵਿਰਾਟ ਦਾ ਨਾਂ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਉੱਥੇ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਫਲਤਾ ਦੇ ਝੰਡੇ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਲਹਿਰਾਏਗਾ। ਵਿਰਾਟ ਆਈਪੀਐਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਰਸੀਬੀ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਸੀਜ਼ਨ ਖੇਡਣ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਹਨ।
