ਜਲੰਧਰ : ਜਲੰਧਰ ਨੇ ਇਕ ਹੋਰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿਚ ਕਈ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਭਲਾਈ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ 64 ਮਾਪਦੰਡਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੌ ਫੀਸਦੀ ਅੰਕ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਸਥਾਨ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਘਨਸ਼ਿਆਮ ਥੋਰੀ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲਾ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਸੇਵਾ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਵਿਚ 0.0 ਫੀਸਦੀ ਪੈਂਡੈਂਸੀ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਸਦਕਾ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਇਕ ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਰਾਜ ਵਿਚ ਮੋਹਰੀ ਹੈ।
ਰਾਜ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਵਿਚ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਮਾਰਟ ਵਿਲੇਜ ਅਭਿਆਨ -2 ਤਹਿਤ ਖਰਚ ਅਤੇ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ ਕੀਤੇ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਵਿਚ, ਕੌਮੀ ਆਜੀਵਿਕਾ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਅਧੀਨ ਹੁਨਰ ਵਿਕਾਸ, ਪੋਸ਼ਣ ਅਭਿਆਨ, ਸਰਬੱਤ ਸਿਹਤ ਬੀਮਾ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਪੈਂਡੈਂਸੀ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਅੱਵਲ ਸਥਾਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਿਤ ਸਮਾਂ-ਸੀਮਾ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ 1758 ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਿਪਟਾਰਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਪੀ.ਜੀ.ਆਰ.ਐਸ. ਰਾਹੀਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਲ ਵਿਚ ਬਿਹਤਰੀਨ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਪੋਰਟਲ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਕੁੱਲ 1828 ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋਈਆਂ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਸਮਾਂ-ਸੀਮਾ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਸਿਰਫ਼ 70 ਪੈਂਡਿੰਗ ਹਨ। ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ, ਜਲੰਧਰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਕੇਂਦਰਿਤ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਪੁਰਦਗੀ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਜ਼ੀਰੋ ਪੈਂਡੈਂਸੀ ਨੂੰ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਰਾਜ ਵਿਚ ਚੋਟੀ ਦਾ ਸਥਾਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਤੀਜੀ ਵੱਡੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ ਸਰਬੱਤ ਸਿਹਤ ਬੀਮਾ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਵਿਚ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਸਕੀਮ ਤਹਿਤ ਲਾਭਪਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਈ-ਕਾਰਡ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਨੇ ਮੋਹਰੀ ਸਥਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਇਮ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਹੈ। ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਤਿੰਨੋ ਭਾਗ ਮੁਲਾਂਕਣ ਵਿਚ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਸਨ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅਹਿਮ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਹਾਸਲ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਸਥਾਨਾਂ ਸਦਕਾ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਨਤੀਜੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੇ। ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ ਦਾ ਸਿਹਰਾ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਅਸਲ ਨਾਇਕ ਹਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਸ ਉਪਲਬਧੀ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਭਵ ਬਣਾਇਆ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਕਾਰਜਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨੇਪਰੇ ਚਾੜ੍ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਮਿਲਣਾ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਵਿਚ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ ਸਮਾਂ -ਸੀਮਾ ਦਾ ਸਖ਼ਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਦੇ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ-ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਨੂੰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਜੋਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਜਨੂੰਨ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਰੀ ਰੱਖਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ। ਜ਼ਿਲਾ ਮੈਨੇਜਰ ਸੇਵਾ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਹਤਿੰਦਰ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਘਨਸ਼ਿਆਮ ਥੋਰੀ ਦੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਯਤਨਾਂ ਸਦਕਾ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਾਂਬੱਧ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਕੇਂਦਰਿਤ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਵਿਚ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਟਾਪ ਪੁਜ਼ੀਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਬਰਕਰਾਰ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
