ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ : ਭਾਵੇਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਵਿਚ ਟਕਰਾਅ ਨੂੰ ਪੜਾਅਵਾਰ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਖਤਮ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਯਤਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦਾ ਅੰਦਰੂਨੀ ਕਲੇਸ਼ ਰੁਕਣ ਦਾ ਨਾਂਅ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੈ ਰਿਹਾ। ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਦੱਸ ਦੇਈਏ ਕਿ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਬਨਾਮ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਨੂੰ ਖਤਮ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਬਾਈ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਦੇ ਅਹੁਦੇ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਬਿਆਨਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਖਤਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਈ।
ਅਜਿਹੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਵਿਚ, ਜਦੋਂ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਦੇ ਖੇਮੇ ਦੇ ਨੇਤਾਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਧਾਇਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਮੋਰਚਾ ਖੋਲ੍ਹਿਆ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ ਨੂੰ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਉਣਾ ਪਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇਣਾ ਪਿਆ ਕਿ ਆਗਾਮੀ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਿਚ ਲੜੀਆਂ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ।
ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਸਲਾਹਕਾਰਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਟਿੱਪਣੀ ਕਾਰਨ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀ ਸਿਆਸਤ ਗਰਮਾ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚਿਤਾਵਨੀ ਵੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ, ਹਰੀਸ਼ ਰਾਵਤ ਨੇ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋ ਸਲਾਹਕਾਰਾਂ (ਮਾਲਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਲਾਲ ਗਰਗ) ਨੂੰ ਬਰਖਾਸਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਸਨ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਵਿਵਾਦਤ ਟਿੱਪਣੀਆਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਸਨ।
ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਖਬਰਾਂ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈਆਂ ਕਿ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਦੇ ਸਲਾਹਕਾਰ ਮਾਲਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਲੀ ਨੇ ਸਲਾਹਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਅਹੁਦੇ ਤੋਂ ਅਸਤੀਫਾ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਹਰੀਸ਼ ਰਾਵਤ ਨੇ ਸਲਾਹਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਟਿੱਪਣੀ ਲਈ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੂੰ ਤਾੜਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਰਖਾਸਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਨਹੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਨੇਤਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਰਖਾਸਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਹਾਈ ਕਮਾਂਡ ਨੂੰ ਪੱਤਰ ਲਿਖੇਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੀ।
ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ
ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਇਕ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਸਹਿਯੋਗੀ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਇਕ ਡਿਨਰ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕੀਤਾ। ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਲਗਭਗ 55 ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਅਤੇ 8 ਸੰਸਦ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ। ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਦੱਸ ਦੇਈਏ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ 4 ਮੰਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਬਦਲਣ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ।
ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਹਰੀਸ਼ ਰਾਵਤ ਨਾਲ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਇਸ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਠੰਢਾ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਹਰੀਸ਼ ਰਾਵਤ ਨੇ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਆਗਾਮੀ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਿਚ ਲੜੇਗੀ। ਡਿਨਰ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਵਿਰੋਧੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਰਾਜ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਦਲੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਹਰੀਸ਼ ਰਾਵਤ ਦਾ ਬਿਆਨ ਵੀ ਇਹੀ ਕਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਨਵਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਇਕ ਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦਰਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਕਟੌਤੀ ਦੇ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਦੀ ਯਾਦ ਦਿਵਾਈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਇਕ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਨੂੰ ਟੈਗ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਇਕ ਟਵੀਟ ਵਿਚ, ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਬਿਜਲੀ 3 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਯੂਨਿਟ ਅਤੇ ਉਦਯੋਗਿਕ ਬਿਜਲੀ 5 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਯੂਨਿਟ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਨਾਲ ਸਬਸਿਡੀ ਦੇਣ ਦੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੰਕਲਪ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਦ੍ਰਿੜ ਹੈ।
ਇਹ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਹਰੀਸ਼ ਰਾਵਤ ਨੇ ਸ਼ੁੱਕਰਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਆਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਠੀਕ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਨੇੜੇ ਆਉਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਕੁੱਝ ਹਿਲਜੁਲ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸਦਾ ਮਤਲਬ ਇਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਆਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।
